Reg 4 Sprinkler Testing

Every 5 years, dry systems every year.

LAFD Regulation 4 requires automatic fire sprinkler systems to be tested by an LAFD-certified tester every five years. Dry-pipe, pre-action and deluge systems are tested every year.

We test apartment buildings, offices, retail, schools, churches and industrial properties, then file the results with LAFD.

Repairs by the same team.

If something fails, we quote the repair on the spot, and your report includes photos of every deficiency.
